Warranty

  1. EQIQ floats: Aust provides a 2-year warranty on the frame, paint, and flooring.
  2. All other parts include a 6-month parts and service warranty, followed by a further 6-month parts-only warranty.
  3. EQIQ floats uses mobile services and will come to you.
  4. Warranty is subject to normal wear and tear and proper ongoing care and maintenance.
  5. Piant warranty is based on the float being covered and if stored under cover.

Late delivery

EQIQ Floats will provide a guaranteed discount of $2,000 if there is a delay of more than 15 working days from the date of confirmed order details and deposit payment. This excludes transport times and is subject to no changes to the order details.

Refund policy

EQIQ Floats does not provide refunds on custom-made floats unless agreed in writing, and all floats are subject to payment terms as agreed on any quote.

Cancelled Orders

If, in the event of circumstances, you need to cancel your order, EQIQ Floats will, without obligation, help find a buyer for your float.

First Orders

All orders are subject to the terms specified in the quotation provided, as well as the company’s Terms & Conditions and specifications available on the company website.

Any order received is accepted on the basis that the client has read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

EQIQ Floats reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing updates on the website. However, these changes will not apply to any confirmed orders.
